随着意识形态竞争在20世纪末的退场，社会主义意义上的工人形象或已定格于阶级象征的铁锤符号之中。传说中具有砸碎一切不合理制度的伟力，在全世界资产阶级联合起来的高技术时代，不免因为不合时宜而显现虚弱。
在今天上班族的选项中，想要展现自身的力量，健身或许是最接近这种意愿。在此，两对锤子重组成一副哑铃。如果哑铃可以在新的时代帮助人们强健身躯和精神，这些新生的铁锤形象也有机会登上符号的舞台。

Following the decline of ideological rivalry at the end of the 20th century, it is plausible to state that the image of the worker within the realm of socialist meaning has become synonymous with the iron hammer symbol of class symbolism. This symbol, traditionally believed to possess the tremendous strength necessary to fracture any system considered as unreasonable, seems unavoidably inopportune and weak in this highly technological era marked by the alliance of the global capitalist class.
Nowadays, out of all the options at our disposal for the beautifying of our body, fitness might come closest to this kind of aspiration as an approach that can keep up with the times. Thus, four hammers can be superimposed to form a pair of dumbbell. If a dumbbell can help people in this new era to fortify body and spirit, then this newly emerged iron hammer imagery might well have the chance to ascend into the symbolic pantheon.
