大国间的双边关系，牵一发而动全身。在满怀着增进国际友谊的希望中，艺术观众被鼓励使用这些握力器在物理层面上缩短各大国之间的距离。为了给予观众充分机会以展现自身的“政治力量”，依照双边关系的字母表排序，整套工具组拥有5个力量级别。作为作品的重要部分，乐于参与的观众将被要求在作品前留影，以此纪念他们为世界政治所做出的努力。

In bilateral relations between big nations, a slight change might affect the situation as a whole. With the hopes of enhancing international friendship relations, visitors are encouraged to use these grip exercisers on-site. In doing so, they become imbued and of shortening the distance between powerful nations on the physical level. In order to provide visitors with ample opportunities to demonstrate their "political prowers", the entire set of equipment exists of 5 levels according to the sequence of the alphabet on these bilateral relations. Essential to the work is that active participants are required to have their photo taken in front of the work as a memento, so as to commemorate the efforts exerted by them in the interest of world politics.
